How did I rid myself of acne and pimples

Treat Your Acne And Pimples Fast

When I was in high school until college, I had been suffering from acne and pimples that came and went. This particular facial problem did not only compromise my self-confidence but also take a toll on the quality of my teenage life in general. Common among teenagers, acne and pimples may be caused by many factors aside from they are a part of growing up. One of them is lack of sleep. I have experienced this many times that when I do not have a good night's sleep, a painful acne shows up on my nose or anywhere on my face. And it is not only embarrassing but also hurts. Before you make a trip to an expensive dermatologist's clinic and give up hope at the end of the day, try these simple tips that can only be done at home. What makes this amazing is you do not have to spend an arm and a leg. All you need to do is to wash your face with soap and lukewarm water, nothing else. You have to do this every night or every morning. And the result is extraordinary, take it from me. However, just like any other beauty regimens out there, doing so should be stopped if nothing happens and worsens the problem instead. There are things, however, that I noticed when I overdid it. My facial skin got whiter in comparison with the rest of my skin and I got watery eyes that I could not bear looking at bright lights. But if this is only done just right, I do not think any side effects will come into sight. Here are the procedures: Wash your face with soap and lukewarm water. Let the soap dry up on your face for an hour or two. Rinse your face with water (lukewarm or not). Do this every night or morning. You may notice that when you leave soap dry on your face a feeling of tightness of your facial skin, and that is normal. After rinsing, you can feel that your face is as smooth as that of a baby's. The positive result, however, is temporary if you continue doing things detrimental to your facial skin. To get rid of acne and pimples once and for all, do these. Get plenty of sleep. Sleep is the only way our body to repair itself. Aside from that, it also boosts our immune system to fight off harmful microorganisms that get into your system. Eat the right food. Our diet should primarily be plant-based. Eating meat often promotes inflammation in our body. Acne and pimples could be caused by eating meat beyond our body's needs. Find ways to de-stress. We all confront stressful moments every single day and your body's reaction to them could show up on your face. Things that you enjoy doing definitely de-stresses yourself. This tips should neither supplement nor replace a specialist's advice as this is only based on my experience. But if you are sick and tired of following professional opinions, why not try to explore things you think is right and suitable for you.
